Stewart R. Browne Bond-Rite Remote (Battery Powered)

Bond-Rite monitoring assemblies offer safe, economical and easy-to-install solutions for applications where it is necessary to verify a good static ground connection onto containers, drums, road tankers, railcars and other conductive objects. The unique and patented design helps prevent static-caused fires and explosions when storing and transferring flammable materials. Each Bond-Rite design is certified intrinsically safe for use in hazardous atmospheres and offers a visual confirmation of proper ground or bond where metal to metal connections are made. Several Bond-Rite assemblies are offered in both battery powered and 110/220 volt power supply with the electronics and light display enclosed in a Nema 4X, corrosion-resistant, stainless steel housing.

The Bond-Rite Remote places the LED light display, intrinsically safe electronics and 9 volt Lithium Manganese battery in a wall mounted, Nema 4X stainless steel enclosure. The assembly comes complete with 16’* Hytrel, Cen-Stat™ spiral cable; either REB-IP (VESC61) or GAT-IP (VESC62) ground clamps; two quick disconnect ground connection cables and wall mounting bracket. With the battery power supply, installation is quick and easy with no field wiring necessary.

The SBVESC61 model is for drum & small container applications (shown, and the SBVESC62 model is for tank truck & railcar applications.
