DSO Fluid Handling offers a wide variety of tri-clamp sanitary gaskets for food, beverage, dairy and pharmaceutical processing and bioscience industries. Nitrile rubber, aka Buna-N and NBR, is the most widely used elastomer for gaskets. Its properties provide excellent resistance to oils, solvents, gasoline, and petroleum based fluids. Selecting the proper gasket for a specific application is critical for the success of your application but also important for processing endurance and extended uptime. All gaskets compounds meet the FDA criteria for food and beverage applications, USDA, 3A, and USP Class VI standards. Nitrile Rubber gaskets have 1 or 3 Red dots. Temperature range: -25° to 225° F (-31° to 107°C ). Available in sizes 1/2 in. to 6 in.
