Emerson Fisher 627 Direct-Operated Regulators are for low and high-pressure systems. These regulators can be used with natural gas, air or a variety of other gases. Used in Commercial and Industrial high-pressure applications like factories, office buildings, restaurants, etc. The Type 627 is normally used in conjunction with Type CS400 unit, however, they can also be used on Final-Stage (pounds-to-pounds) service.

Note: Fisher Type 627 regulators do not have an internal relief and should be installed with additional/external overpressure protection. These units should not be installed as part of a two-stage system in fixed piping serving 14 in. w.c. (35 mbar) appliance systems unless additional overpressure protection is installed that will make the system complaint with NFPA 58 requirements for a two-stage system.
