Hannay Reels F4000 Series Compact Manual Rewind Booster Hose Reel, Reel Only, 1 in. x 50 ft., F4024-17-18

Hannay Reels F4000 Series Compact Manual Rewind Hose Reel is designed to handle single 3/4 in. ID and 1 in. ID booster hose. The F4000 is not recommended for use with Niedner hose.

Features

• Manual rewind reels include: cam-lock drag brake, spring actuated pin lock and removable direct crank rewind
• Standard inlet: 90° ball bearing swivel joint with 1 in. female NPT threads
• Standard outlet: 1 in. male NST threads (1.375 in. x 8 threads per inch) - Consult JME for other sizes and/or threads
• Standard inlet, outlet riser, and hub assembly are steel (also available in stainless steel)
• Pressures to 1000 psi (69 bar)
• Fluid temperatures from -40° F to +400° F (-40° C to +204° C)

Dimensions

Specifications subject to change. Upon request, reels can be supplied with drum lengths other than shown and with disc sizes in other diameters. Weights shown in chart are for crank rewind models. Add 18 lbs. for power rewind. Dimension "F" is the overall length of standard model reels. On crank rewind models, the dimension shown is with the crank in rewind position. Reels require 3-1/2" clearance to remove crank handle. Be sure to check dimensions and weights prior to ordering. Note: A flexible connector must be used between the inlet pipe and the inlet swivel joint.
