Hose Tec's Tec Flex HT-FLEX Series Metal Hose is constructed from a specially wound single strip of 304 stainless steel with TOE (NPT) threads on both ends. Using only a single liner, Tec Flex Hose replicates smoothness characteristics similar to lined hose. In addition to increasing hose durability, this also helps protect the transferred material from becoming damaged by, or stuck in, the hose's interior convolutions, protecting the material from damage and reducing the potential for cross contamination. In addition, the Tec Flex design provides a superior seal, eliminating the need for the addition of packing materials, which can make lined hoses even heavier and less flexible.
