The PetroPad™ has an exclusive polymer blend safely transforms hazardous hydrocarbons (oil, diesel and gas) from incidental spills and leaks into a non-hazardous solid. The pad was developed to reduce pollution, waste and assists users to maintain regulatory compliance efficiently and affordably as possible when dealing with incidental spills, because dealing with hazardous waste drips and leaks costs you time and money. Instead of using traditional sorbents, absorbent clay and spill trays, the PetroPad™ polymer spill pad to reduce pollution, waste, users time and money while maintaining regulatory compliance. The PetroPad™ is constructed of an innovative polymer technology that quickly absorbs then permanently solidifies hydrocarbon; prevents outflow while allowing uncontaminated water to run through, thus reducing the volume of waste and pollution.
Note: For incidental spill and leaks, not designed to contain catastrophic leaks or spills. If there is a risk for this then a secondary containment, such as a berm, with at least 110% capacity should be used.
