MaxLine® semi-flexible compressed air tubing uses compression fittings for leak proof performance. MaxLine® is used in industrial compressed air piping systems and installs in half the time of traditional methods. This is a semi flexible tubing that comes in a 300 ft. coil and delivers clean compressed air, inert gas and vacuum. The flexible tubing is made of several layers: the inner and outer layer are HDPE and the center layer is aluminum. The tubes smooth inner surface delivers air efficiently and remains corrosion free for decades. The MaxLine® tube will maintain its shape after bending, which makes it ideal for layouts with many obstructions and corners.
MaxLine® is designed for efficient installation in diverse settings, from small shops and farms to large manufacturing facilities. To straighten the tubing, run it through our straightening tool, or use the bender tool to make precise angles, straightening and bending tools sold separately. The 100 ft. tubing includes beveling tool and cutter. MaxLine® tubing is OSHA approved and can be buried.
