RDS Manufacturing 51 Gallon Powder Coated Aluminum Auxiliary Tank Toolbox Combos are made in the USA and are DOT approved. Each tank comes with gas cap, drain fittings, manual sight gauge, fuel filler shroud, along with internal baffles to reduce sloshing. Toolboxes come with linked stainless steel locks that also secure the fuel fill to prevent tampering, and two lift cylinders to hold open the crowned lid.
Note: Includes a Diesel Install Kit that easily connects the RDS tank to the OEM fuel tank. Not intended to be used with gasoline.
Attention: Adhere to these guidelines before installation. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in voiding your warranty.
- The fill cap location and pump location cannot be swapped.
- Do not install risers between the fuel tank fitting and the pump.
- Do not use extension pipes to raise the height of the transfer pump.
- Do not install a pump over 30 lbs. to a standard duty tank. For pumps over 30 lbs., a Severe Series tank must be used. The 30 lb. limit includes pump and any other accessories such as filter kit, meters, etc.
