The 6700 Liquid Level Indicator (LLI), often referred to as a gaugeboard, is a tank side device that uses a target and gauge board to indicate product level in a bulk storage tank. This simple and reliable float and tape based product has been used for managing inventory in the oil and gas industry for more than 80 years. A float follows the liquid level as it changes in the tank, which moves the indicator cable up and down the Aluminum gaugeboard.

The indicator displays liquid level (product innage) to an accuracy of 1" (25 mm) on the large format scale printed on durable vinyl facing that can be seen at a distance. Designed for use on a variety of atmospheric and lowâ€pressure storage vessels, the 6700 may be installed on both inâ€service and outâ€ofâ€service tanks.
Changes in the liquid level of the tank raise or lower the float, which moves the indicator cable. Cable movement drives the indicator up and down the gaugeboard on the side of the tank.
