Corken PT Series PT25 2 in. NPT Cast Iron Sliding Vane Pump

Corken's PT Series is a special type of rotary positive displacement pump, known as a sliding vane pump. Sliding vane pumps have many of the positive displacement advantages of the gear pump, plus the ability to compensate for wear, and operate at a lower noise level. The PT25 has 2 in. NPT connections and is suited for transporting gasoline, diesel, fuel oil, and other petroleum products. The flow rates are perfect for home, farm, and fleet fueling applications.

Application: Fuel Oil Deliveries, Fleet Refueling, Lube Oil Deliveries, Aviation Refuelers, Bulk Transfer, Bulk Loading and Blending
Compatible Fluids: Petrochemicals, Gasoline, Biofuels, Ethanol, Solvents, and many more
Note: Includes 3-year extended warranty

Features

Pump Features:

  • Installation is simple since the PT-Series pumps are dimensionally interchangeable with the competition
  • O-ring design delivers maximum sealing capability and is available with optional seal materials
  • Corrosion resistant bypass valve made of nickel plated cast iron
  • Available with a standard bypass valve or an optional air operated valve (AOV) for high and low flow control
  • Additionally, the AOV relieves the pressure in the lines for easier handling of the hose nozzle
  • Reliable mechanical seal design with optional seal materials
  • Heavy duty ball bearings provide greater durability and strength
  • Hollow rotor helps reduce weight
  • Available with a T-style strainer that keeps your pumping system free from damage caused by welding slag and foreign materials left in the piping or tank
  • Conveniently located drain plug allows you to empty the pump quickly when necessary
  • Positive displacement sliding vane design delivers higher pumping efficiency and a lower noise level
  • The self adjusting vanes extend the life of the pump by compensating for wear
  • Viton® elastomers ensure compatibility with a wider range of fluids such as biodiesel and ethanol blends

Meter Features:

  • Innovative Tri-Rotor Design: Eliminates metal-to-metal contact, reducing wear and extending lifespan
  • Highly Accurate: Ensures consistent precision in fluid measurement, ideal for custody transfer applications
  • Broad Application Range: Suitable for various liquids including petroleum products, aviation fuels, LPG, and industrial fluids
  • Low Pressure Drop: Operates efficiently on gravity flow or pump pressure
  • Sustained Accuracy Over Time: Minimal internal wear means less frequent recalibration and longer service life
  • Wide Viscosity Compatibility: Accurately meters fluids from thin to highly viscous
  • Flexible Installation: Offers a range of fitting options to meet different installation needs
